A new milestone achieved at DCX CHROME !
In the current context of great fragility of water resources that France has been experiencing since the end of winter 2023, DCX CHROME recently commissioned a closed circuit for the cooling of its aluminothermic reaction loading process. This project, which is the result of several years of study, will help us save more than 5,000 m3 of water per year.
Other projects to reduce water consumption are being studied for completion in 2024. Thus, pushing our plant’s Saving Water performance even further.
